On Friday and Saturday Evening we are offering our very special 4 course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu for $95 per person plus tips and tax

1st course (choice of) –

Braised Pork Belly, apple and ginger gel, kohlrabi, chili crunch, fine herbs

2nd course (choice of) –

Egg Noodle, poultry master stock, kale, scallions

Rigatoni, roast potato cream, black winter truffle, breadcrumbs, olive oil (Supplemental $10)

Mushroom Bolognese, cavatelli, pecorino, herbs

Dry Aged Duck Breast, braised leg, Chinese broccoli, sesame, fried onions (Supplemental +$12)

Sous Vide Monkfish, carrot puree, roasted carrot, barley, bone sauce

Vegan Style Malaysian Yellow Curry, tofu, winter veg, jasmine rice, curry leaf

4th course (choice of) –

Chestnut Cheesecake, chestnut oat crust, chestnut caramel, honeycomb

Black Sesame Panna Cotta, sesame chocolate crunch, shiso, mandarin
