Confit Chicken Terrine, charred leek emulsion, baby romaine salad, mustard

2nd course (choice of) –

Curried Corn & Pea Risotto, foraged mushrooms, curry leaf

Garlic & Chili Egg Noodles, scallops, sesame, coriander

Orecchiette, red pepper & walnut sauce, feta, parsley

Poached Lamb Fillet, lamb shoulder croquette, eggplant yogurt, herbs (Supplemental +$10)

Poached Cod, fregola, summer vegetables, tomato consommé, basil

Mapo Fried Tofu, spinach, bok choy, fermented shitake, cilantro

4th course (choice of) –

Coconut Panna Cotta, honeycomb, peanuts, tamarind coconut caramel

Blueberry Parfait, blueberry compote, yuzu curd, macadamia brittle
