2nd course (choice of) –

Lump Crab Risotto, tarragon, chives, lemon (Supplemental + $8)

Orecchiette, XO butter, scallions, peanuts, cilantro

Tagliatelle, parsley walnut pesto, spinach, parmesan

Poached Lamb Fillet, lamb belly, peas, mint, sheep milk (Supplemental +$10)

Steamed Cod, green curry, water chestnut, bean sprout, herb salad

Mapo Fried Tofu, pea leaves, wild ramps, fermented shitake

4th course (choice of) –

Coconut Panna Cotta, honeycomb, peanuts, tamarind coconut caramel

Whipped Saffron Cheesecake , pistachio, burnt strawberry, micro celery
