On Friday and Saturday Evening we are offering our very special 4 course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu for $95 per person plus tips and tax

WEEKEND PRIX FIXE

$95, plus tax & gratuity

1st course (choice of) –

Hamachi Sashimi, rhubarb and ginger dressing, cucumber, radish, togarashi (Supplemental +$7)

Wagyu Beef Tartare, seaweed aioli, sturgeon caviar, chives, wonton

Spring Vegetable Salad, asparagus, peas, ramp aioli, sheep’s milk ricotta

2nd course (choice of)

Burrata, peanut chili XO, spinach, cilantro, nori & crunchies

Duck Liver Parfait, brandy date butter, frozen marinated foie gras

Tomato Consommé, cherry tomato, shrimp, cucumber,  garden herbs

3rd course (choice of) –

6-Hour Lamb Leg, pistachio & mint relish, edamame, lamb lyonnaise potato, jus (Supplemental +$9)

Poached Cod & Nori, bok choy, shiitake, drunken soy broth

Roasted Broccoli, pine nut puree, quinoa, salsa verde

4th course (choice of) –

“Not Tiramisu”, coffee cake, chocolate mousse, mascarpone foam

Coconut Vanilla Panna Cotta, strawberry puree, fresh strawberries, sesame crumbles, sorrel

Comte Cheese ‘Butter’, honey apricots, sunflower, pita bread
