1st course (choice of) –

Hamachi, watermelon aguachile, tajin, cucumbers

2nd course (choice of)

Burrata, shishito peppers, bonito & chicken skin crumble, ponzu

Slow-Cooked Hen Egg, “succotash”, vegetable medley, cornbread

Grilled Flat Iron, charred corn, salsa verde, baby gem lettuce   (Supplemental +$8)

Confit Sea Trout, summer squash, kale, heirloom tomato dashi

“Reuben Spiced” Cabbage, maitake mushroom, swiss cheese, rye bread crumbs

4th course (choice of) –

Carrot Cake, walnut relish, ginger anglaise

Coconut Parfait, mango, toasted coconut, urfa chili

Whipped Comte Cheese, seasonal preserve, pita bread
