Black Angus Beef Tartar, soy & pepper, smoked dry-aged beef fat aioli

2nd course (choice of)

Hasselback Sweet Potato, scallions, curry leaf, coconut curry sauce, rice

4th course (choice of) –

Flavors of Black Forest Cake, chocolate, cherries and vanilla

Spiced Coconut Panna Cotta, pear, walnut, thyme
