Roasted Cauliflower, tahini sauce, cashews, mint, parsley, spiced chili oil

Fluke Crudo, rhubarb consommé, fresno chilis, edamame

Charred Asparagus. seaweed butter, chive aioli, roasted almonds, fine herbs

2nd course (choice of)

Burrata, english peas, fava beans, confit lemon, puffed grains, mint

Gnocchetti, charred spring onion, snow peas, smoked roe, confit egg yolk

Slow-Cooked Hen Egg, sour dough croutons, spring vegetable cassoulet, merguez

Roasted Lamb Loin, baby carrots, chinese broccoli, wild garlic puree, jus (Supplemental +$8)

Steamed Black Sea Bass, mussel velouté, yogurt, pickled ramps

Vietnamese Pancake, maitake mushrooms, nuoc cham, cabbage/carrot slaw

4th course (choice of) –

“No Bake” Cheesecake, blackberry compote, pistachio crumble

Vanilla Panna Cotta, magnolia strawberry syrup, honeycomb
