On Friday and Saturday Evening we are offering our very special 4 course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu for $95 per person plus tips and tax

1st course (choice of) –

Hamachi Sashimi, radish, agua chile, cucumber, pickled chili, sturgeon caviar

Poached Shrimp, seaweed ponzu, daikon, lettuce, pickled chilli

Burrata, confit peach, Vietnamese dressing, chicharron, iceberg lettuce, thai basil

2nd course (choice of) –

Pine Nut Risotto, roasted cherry tomatoes, pesto, parmesan

Garlic & Chili Egg Noodles, scallops, sesame, coriander

Thai-style Noodles, red curry, bean sprouts, herb salad, pickled bok choy

3rd course (choice of) –

Seared Duck Breast, blackberry gel, beets, polenta, spiced jus  (Supplemental +$10)

Pan Fried Branzino, corn & zucchini, guajillo pepper sauce, cotijia, cilantro, smoked roe

Fried Tofu, coconut “butter chicken” sauce, spinach & peas, cilantro

4th course (choice of) –

Fig Leaf Panna Cotta, fresh fig chutney, sesame tuille

“Peaches and Cream”, oat streusel, vanilla custard, herbs

Comte Cheese ‘Butter’, blackberry, thyme, pita bread
