Roasted Butternut Squash, mustard greens, prosciutto,  miso vinaigrette

Burrata, caramelized figs, gochujang, walnuts

Salmon, nashi pear, kimchi emulsion

2nd course (choice of)

Cauliflower, Roasted shrimp butter, green apple

Slow-Cooked Hen Egg, smoked ham hock, Brussels sprouts

Sunchoke Risotto, chanterelle mushrooms, sunchoke chips

Venison, shishito peppers, caramelized pear, miso jus    (Supplemental +$8)

Arctic Char, beet relish, cauliflower crumble

“Reuben Spiced” Cabbage, maitake mushroom, swiss cheese, rye bread crumbs

4th course (choice of) –

Chai Cake, ganache, hazelnuts

Apple Spiced Panna Cotta, oat crumb, salted caramel

Whipped Comte Cheese, seasonal preserve, pita bread
