2nd course (choice of)

Burrata, pumpkin seed salsa verde, roast pumpkin, pumpkin seed oil

Ditalini Pasta, roast chicken jus, chicken skin crumble, chives

Grilled Duck Breast, kohlrabi, orange and honey braised endive, tamarind duck sauce (Supplemental +$8)

Cod, bok choy, laksa sauce, ginger, cashew, crispy noodles

Seared Tofu, braised shiitake mushrooms, sesame, scallion relish, jasmine rice

4th course (choice of) –

Sticky Date Pudding, butterscotch sauce, clotted cream

Kaffir Lime Panna Cotta, mixed citrus, sunflower seed brittle, shiso
