Private Parties and Functions
at Common Lot

The Chef’s Library is our lovely secluded dining area located on our second floor (only accessible by stairs) that can accommodate up to 26 guests.

For the exclusive use of our Chef’s Library for private parties or functions we charge a Room Hire Fee that varies depending on the date of the event, time of day and day of the week.For parties of more than 26 and up to 40 guests, booking our Main Floor dining room is also available.

A group of 14 or more guests is considered a function at Common Lot and as such, we only offer set multi-course menus on a fixed cost per person basis, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

Common Lot
We are starting meet the Team Thursday with Executive Chef and Owner, Ehren Ryan @ehrenryan,grew up in Australia but has also lived in India, The Philippines, Hong Kong, Canada, The Channel Islands, Austria, England and now the USA. He apprenticed under Matt Moran, one of Australia's most successful chefs before honing his skills in some highly successful, and tough, Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe. These included Pierre Gagnaire's London establishment The Lecture Room, Heston Blumenthal's Dinner by Heston, the Atlantic Hotel in Jersey, as well as the Hotel Kristiania in Lech am Arlberg Austria and as Head Chef at the Cottage Point Inn in Sydney Australia. This international experience has greatly influenced his sense of culinary adventure and style which he brings to his first restaurant, Common Lot.
