We are highlighting fresh summer produce in our one night only,
5 course summer season tasting menu.
Please join us for this relaxed evening of great food to celebrate the joy of summer.

1ST – SNACKS
Charcoal seared Mussel, mussel reduction
Jersey Tomato, caramelized whey, nasturtium
Potato ‘doughnut’ morel powder, morel cream

2ND – COURSE

Roasted Eggplant puree, summer lettuce in textures, Koji oil, herb powder

3RD – COURSE

Sunchoke and Lobster – caramelized sunchoke puree, salt and vinegar ‘chips’,
brown butter poached lobster, lobster jus

4TH – COURSE

Sous vide Niman Ranch Sirlon Flap, fava beans, potato and courgette fricassee, herb dressing

5TH – COURSE

Sour Cream Panna-cotta, fermented cherries, fresh cherries, pistachio, local honey

PETIT FOUR

Jersey corn parfait, caramel, popcorn

Multi Course Tasting Menu $80 per person 

We are also featuring a unique matching, non – alcoholic beverage option for an additional $ 20 per person.

Tax and gratuity not included.

This menu requires a great deal of advance preparation, and we therefore have specific requirements for the special event.

We will require your contact name and telephone number together with your credit card details to hold the reservation.

Dietary Restrictions: 
Please advise us of any specific allergies or dietary restrictions by Saturday August 12. We may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions with less notification.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we must charge a cancellation fee of $50 per person.
