Below are our two multi-course prix fixe menus for each sitting

First Seating is 5 – 8pm
$90 plus tax and gratuity

Canapes:

Salmon skin chicharrones with caviar

Beef Tartare, black garlic

Steamed shrimp dumplings

Sourdough with homemade cultured butter

1st Course:

Potato and Mushroom terrine, pickled mushrooms, black garlic, crème fraiche. Truffle jelly

2nd Course:

Crawfish ‘etoufee’, puff pastry, brandy cream sauce

3rd Course:

Short Rib, spinach puree, fondant potato, cipollini onions, mustard seeds, shaved truffle

4th Course Dessert:

Clementine Ganache, clementine gel, bitter chocolate tuille, white chocolate mousse

Second Seating is 8.30pm – Midnight.
$125 plus tax and gratuity

1st Course:

Potato and Mushroom terrine, pickled mushrooms, black garlic, crème fraiche. Truffle jelly

2nd Course:

Confit Duck leg, spätzle, duck skin crumbs, duck egg, chestnuts, grated foie gras

3rd Course:

Crawfish ‘etoufee’, brandy cream sauce

4th Course:

Short Rib, spinach puree, fondant potato, cippolini onions, mustard seeds, shaved truffle

5th Course:

Champagne Sorbet, pop rocks

6th Course Dessert:

Clementine Ganache, clementine gel, bitter chocolate tuille, white chocolate mousse

Cancellation Fee after December 23:
Should you cancel your reservation after December 23, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the meal cost per person charged to the credit card on file

Advice required of Dietary Restrictions before December 23:
Please email us with any guest’s dietary restrictions or allergies (including but not limited to Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, No meat/shellfish etc) before December 23 to allow us to create an alternative dish for that guest within the set menu price. If advice is received after December 23, due to our holiday closure from December 24 through December 27, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any menu changes on the night.
